Software tool to transfer old C Drive to new Patriot SSD

Can anybody advise me if there is a software tool to help me swap out my old C Drive and replace with new Patriot SSDS and painlessly transfer across my old OS? (Windows 10)

  I suggest Acronis True Image Backup and Recovery.

  But you may need 3rd storage device ( preferably NTFS formatted USB Disk with enough free space ) to take backup of your C Drive. Then restore it to your new Patriot SSD.
