We require the return of entire kits for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) submissions. This policy is in place to guarantee the compatibility of replacement modules and facilitate a seamless transition.
Should you need to deviate from this requirement, please contact us prior to shipment. The RMA department will evaluate such requests individually.
