Memory Frequency Problem with PVX548G64C32K

My new system is

- AMD Ryzen 9 9950X

- MSI X670E Gaming Plus Wifi (last bios)

- Samsung 9100 2TB ssd

- 2 sets of (4 picks) Patriot Viper Xtreme5 PVX548G64C32K 48GB(2x24GB) DDR5 6400MHz CL32 (Totaly 96GB)

I check and ask to ChatGPT for single/dual rank for PVX548G64C32K and it says lots of 24gb modules are 1R memory. So mainboard spesifications says you can use 4x24 for 6400Mhz.

I cant use them at 6400. With test i can only reached 5200Mhz without system down. My PSU is MSI MAG A1250GL.

My questions are

- PVX548G64C32K kit's memories 1R or 2R?

- Why i cant use them with XMP profile 1?
