Patriot Venom Viper compatibility with Gigabyte Z890 Motherboard

I have 64 GB of RAM (4 sticks).  PVV532G640C32K and it will not boot with my Gigabyte Z890 Aorus Elite Wifi7.  I have tried a large number of settings and XMP in learn mode.  It still will not boot.  

I have seen a post on a forum which says that the problem is with the 1GB chips used on the RAM - which is incompatible with Intel's chip controller.  

Would you tell me what settings are compatible for this RAM with this motherboard?  Or confirm that there are no compatible settings?

  Very poor support from Patriot - leaving questions unanswered.

  I had same problem, 10 months ago, with a MSI 890 board. It took a while, but I finally got them to exchange it. Dig through web, find patriots web site. Open a support ticket. They ended up replacing it with same spec memory thar worked. They screwed up 1st time they replaced it ... sent me same, incompatable ram. They paid to send it back, & sent me right ram. This took a couple months. It started last Thanksgiving, right before ram crap. Good luck, Jake
