XMP on B550M-A PRO

I have Patriot Viper Steel DD4 32GB (2 x 16 GB) 3600 MHZ and when I turn on XMP or set 3600 MHZ manually on B550M-A PRO, i keep getting errors on MemTest64 and other MemTest programs also i get blue screen etc. What can i try to fix this problem? I tried most basic things to fix this problem but it didnt help. ( like updating bios, clearing cmos, changing ram slots... )

  I forgot to say I have Ryzen 7 5800x3D.
