BAD Memory - won't answer phone or reply to email

I have been trying to contact patriot memory in Fremont California for the last week about an RMA for Patriot memory. I bought it May 14 from Amazon from the Fremont, California store.for my daughter in Illinois. It worked just fine for a week, then it just stopped working. It is for a set of Patriot Viper Gaming memory 16gb 2x8gb kit 3600MHZ. On the back is 9DE00229-PVS416G360C7K. Please let me know who I can contact for the RMA. Thank you very much.
