What if I need to update the information in my RMA request?

If you notice that there is incorrect information in your support ticket or RMA, please contact us with the corrected information and we will update your information in our systems.

All products that come to our facilities are verified for authenticity along with being the correct part number.  Rest assured that your replacement will be based on the product that we receive.
